Don’t legitimize this, it’s horrible too. This guy is probably just some random person who has nothing against Palestinians and just follows orders. He’s not one of the higher-ups planning Israel’s war crimes.
Don’t underestimate how easy it is to make evil normal. When you are bathed in propaganda, it’s rare that you don’t start believing in it. This guy’s fault is that he wasn’t one of the few strong minds able to resist the mass destruction of truth.
