@bh yeah, ivy does have an issue with growing out of control. Other than bamboo though, which would just completely take over the planter, I can’t think of what else would’ve been a good way to hide the retaining wall.

So I guess M3 Pro is a downgrade/sidegrade from the M2 Pro. Max is a nice upgrade from the old stuff.

As someone who doesn't care about GPU performance I'm slightly annoyed at having to spend the fancy GPU tax to get the better CPU.

How to scan a multipage document.

Find the sheetfed-multifunction printer thing that has been sitting around unused for years. Turn it on, connect up and then realize modern Mac versions don't support this thing (why? who the hell knows). Google around, find out that 10.15 is the last OS that supports this. Boot up my 2013 MacPro, boot up a 10.15 VM, snapshot, install drivers, scan, revert snapshot.

A super simple 20 step process!

@paul sounds like my adventures in getting duplex printing to work for my Pixma MP560. Apple just eventually released a generic driver for it.

@bh can’t go in to detail because it’s under NDA, but Engineering has a fix in the works. Should be out soon. Recommendation right now is to wait or use Recovery to revert to Beta 3 if already updated.

@paul the main thing I’ve found is no listing fees and crap like eBay, so less fee markup.

That said, not always legit and communication (if any) is a free for all.
