AQI is crap.

However, to keep co2 levels below 900-1,000 I need to open my office door.

So I open the door and have a filter attached to the box fan that circulates air when I have the AC on

I did find a janky AF diy heat exchanger I might try to make. Then I can get fresh air (add a merv 13 filter in it I guess) without losing the conditioned air and such. Even a very low efficiency is better than what I'm doing now

Pondering a "better" way to make spicy hot chocolate.

I think most places that make a spicy hot chocolate just add like an eighth of a teaspoon to the mixing vessel, then chocolate syrup, and then hot milk

My current hypothesis is that putting your pepper of choice into there pot when making ghee might be "better"

There is potentially no grit from the ground pepper.

You can add it to other drinks as well. In a bullet proof coffee for example.

I decided to do the travel into the frozen wastes today instead of tomorrow since the weather and roads looked good.

I made a stop along the way to pick up a necklace my spouse left at the hotel we stayed at last week.

Got it, got back in the car and then my phone decided to lock up. Like...black screen and I can't tell when it reboots and such.

So, I watched an ESPN show that was basically dedicated to analyzing what the Dallas Cowboys should do after getting crushed by the Green Bay Packers

Some thoughts.

I haven't watched the NFL in at least 15, maybe 20 years. I still could form an opinion about this

On reflection I think it breaks down to labor versus management.

At the very least the coach has to go. Dallas did very well in the regular season and crumbles in the playoffs

what I hate about some distros...they take some core things out of a language and make it a separate package.

In this case it is the Perl module FindBin. It's core perl but for some reason it is not installed by default since it is a separate package....

This is about 3-5 years of neglect

The trick is to not slip and slide off.

The gutters also have been neglected and are next.

Well, I have some branches to lop off on the other side. Kinda hard to sweep with branches in the way
