Was mich am ganzen Verbennerverbot Müll stört ist das es nicht Methoden offen ist. Macht einfach Grenzwerte für Umweltschutz die wirklich nachhaltig sind.

Wenn ein Verbrenner Motor da mithalten kann gut. Wenn nicht, darfs halt nicht verkauft werden.

@fzer0 2 mal 1 stunde gehen lassen. ansonsten is das nur mehl. öl, hefe, salz und bissel sojamilch

und glaziert mit Sojamilch+salz + gewürze

bin inzwischen recht überzeugt davon das man das erst gehen lässt, dann formt (dabei auf eine aussenspannung achtet) und dann nochmal gehen lässt.

lange kneten ist auch wichtig. ich mach immer so "bis sich der teig gut anfühlt + 5 min"
