@ainmosni the galleria is amazing it’s on some of the Berlin Wall remnants. They invited artists from all over the world to paint their feelings around 2006 and this is the result. It’s very impressive #berlin#travel
More on the #caffeine myths today. A popular Instagram account, called Cafeholic101 posted an infographic claiming a shot of espresso has only 27mg of caffeine.
I guess if it's in an infographic, it's gotta be true, right? :eyeroll: Sadly, this post has thousands of likes; another example of influencers providing false info.
Because it's utterly untrue. Well maybe the 5g coffee amounts in a nespresso pod, if brewed at very low temperatures, might be under 30mg in the cup.
Real espresso? A full double from 18.5g coffee will give 100-135mg caffeine, in the cup.
I have been invited to be a #Flipboard resident expert advisor in a very large blogger group! I am delighted to share my knowledge. #blogging#publishing

The last couple of weeks were a bit too much between work and some personal things, and so I decided that this time I'll take a break before I hit a burnout.
Tomorrow is a public holiday and I'm also going to take off Thursday. Fridays I don't work anyhow (three day weekend for two plus years now to keep the burnout at bay), so that will be five days of doing stuff that I want to do vs that I have to do.
The rot in techbro brains on full display here, in multiple manners. They're too cleverly stupid to even grasp how silly the stuff they say is, much of the time
@GregSadler Reveries of the Solitary Walker was my favorite book. I liked how he viewed education, nature and politics although some of his philosophical beliefs are a little out of date
