@mtvernonfriends@bikedc I did it this morning! It takes .9 miles off my commute. I will probably go the long way to Crystal City in the mornings then take that way home at night. I am looking forward to avoiding the PM crowd around Gravelly Point. And it was nice and smooth thanks to Judd!

Heading home. So proud of us. At 4:30 pm—1h before event start—our tool hauler called: no power @ the storage space, can’t get tools, bike, & trailer. She drove to 2 board members’ houses to borrow tools & we got the word out to our leader corps to bring whatever they had. And we did it! We got 20 #volunteers w < 24h notice. Can’t wait to share the before/after pics w y’all.
