Watching my wife deal with the japanese tax web site.

Issues we've hit so far:

• Fails to load if the keyboard layout is "wrong".
• Fails to work if your language in the browser is "wrong"
• Can't use it after midnight or weekends.
• Doesn't work in Chrome and you have to use Safari. Fails to load in Safari!
