I’m hosting my own Lemmy instance and the disk usage is getting high. Since I don’t really care about old content (say older than a month), is there any way to purge any posts, comments, etc older than that? Even if it’s not built into Lemmy an SQL query would work too.

So, yes, I know that due to layer lines etc, FDM (PLA) printing isn’t safe for food, however is there a way of making it safe? Essentially I want to create a draw insert for cutlery, so can I print it, the coat it in something to make it food safe?
Not 100% sure that's the right terminology, but it would be nice to be able to keep an eye on the time and my notifications and battery level while using this app without having to pull down the notification shade or go home...

But yeah the process is pretty much how you described it, we just write some code and send it. Then there's usually a bit of back and forth of code reviews from the team and then it gets incorporated into the project.
Jerboa is available from a few different places, the fastest and easiest way to get updates is to use F-Droid with the Izzy repo, for which you do need side loading but it's really easy on Android so you shouldn't have a problem there. It will also get to the play store eventually but it usually takes more time because Google has to verify the app as you said.
The Lemmy Frontpage gets cluttered really fast. Is there any way to get a better overview? Maybe a compact view without pictures. Something ike old.reddit or Hackernews....
