Many years ago I was the recipient of a bunch of loose vintage Esterbrook nib units. I gave a 9968 B nib unit to my doctor friend based in Singapore, for his modern Esterbrook Estie that came with a vintage nib adapter. He uses it permanently installed in that Estie, and he thanked me for it today, saying it was one of his favorite pen-related gifts. That made me smile. #FountainPens #FountainPen
