realz,

I tried Fedora, Centos, Ubuntu, Debian, Slackware, Gentoo, and Mint. Finally settled on Arch Linux about 15 years ago. Never looked back.

Seriously, though. How often do you think of the Roman Empire?

I know this is a joke/meme, but I sincerely think of the Roman Empire a surprising amount of times. I find myself obsessing over how Roman citizens were living just as complex lives as we are today, or about Marcus Aurelius’ life and philosophy, or about how the Republic fell and became a totalitarian state.

realz,

It’s so good that you’d wanna read it twice.

realz,

You know it’s technically a crime, right?

realz,

Why is it excellent? It’s still based on chromium, which I refuse to run because of performance issues. I’m happy with Safari and Firefox.

The change in terms also explicitly outlined a clear separation in the definition of non-tokenized Web 2 virtual goods and tokenized Web 3...

realz,

No it’s not. It doesn’t use blockchain as it’s distributed data store.

Is this wiring run ok? (lemmy.world)

Finagled my way into the attic to explore a bit. Found this wiring run that basically lays on the sheet rock with insulation sitting on top. It goes to a light switch that controls three of this thin led recessed lights. Could this get really hot and start a fire with the insulation on top?...

realz,

I don’t subscribe to this community but came here to see if the quality of responses match Reddit’s. Was not disappointed.

Keep up the good work!

realz,

I recently read “Tomorrow, tomorrow, and tomorrow” and I don’t recommend it.

realz,
