Kennt jemand noch eine Alternative fรผr fรผr die Verwaltung von mehreren Accounts bei ? Sowas wie Tweetdeck? Ich finde Sengi schwierig, weil man nicht weiรŸ, in welchem Account man sich gerade befindet und welche der Spalten was gerade anzeigt (es fehlen die รœberschriften).

@Mareike2405 The selected account is the one selected on the left. Also it you want different kind of column headings, you can change it in the settings. ๐Ÿ™‚

Settings are visible from the bottom left icon.
Can you try removing / adding the non-loading account? (right click on the icon / delete)

@Mareike2405 to remove the blinking: right click the icon, it's the default notification system, if you don't remember how it works, reopen the tutorial via Settings / Open Tutorial. It will describes its logic in details. ๐Ÿ™‚

@Mareike2405 currently it's not available on purpose: Sengi is a social metrics free app (to prevent related biases), but I already had requests on this aspect so maybe some customization on this matter will be available in the future. ๐Ÿ™‚

@Gyoo @Raphiphi @fedistar il en existe mรชme encore d'autres (TheDesk de mรฉmoire) mais c'est pas dis qu'ils soient encore maintenus.

En client desktop je crois qu'on a tous voulu rรฉpondre plus ou moins au mรชme besoin qui gravite globalement autour de l'expรฉrience Tweetdeck.

La seule difficultรฉ de ce genre de clients (dus au cotรฉ dรฉcentralisรฉ) c'est les actions entre comptes/instances (liker avec le compte X le post affichรฉ dans la TL du compte Y), et une majoritรฉ de clients ne le supporte pas.

A sa dรฉfense, TheDesk รฉtait une des premiรจres app disponible, mais oui c'รฉtait dรฉjร  assez datรฉ, mรชme ร  l'รฉpoque.

Aprรจs contrairement au monde fermรฉ, on n'est pas vraiment en compรฉtition entre les apps, c'est assez rรฉgulier qu'on vois un dev de l'une contribuer ร  une autre par exemple ; c'est l'intรฉrรชt de l'open source. Et si tu veux une fonctionnalitรฉ รงa ne dรฉpends que de toi. ๐Ÿ™‚

@Gyoo Oui et on est pas tous dรฉveloppeurs non plus, mais il reste d'autres solutions que de dรฉvelopper soit mรชme : convaincre un autre dev de la rรฉaliser, si on n'y arrive pas, envisager de le payer. Si on n'a pas assez d'argent, faire un travail de rรฉseau pour cotiser / mettre une cagnotte en place pour trouver l'argent, etc.

Oui c'est du travail, mais justement, FOSS est un commun, et mรชme sans รชtre dev on peux aider ร  la rรฉalisation de nouvelles fonctionnalitรฉs.

@sengi_app Heya, I just wanted to make a quick request: Would it be possible to add an option under Timelines โ†’ header display for โ€œTitle โ€“ account icon โ€“ username โ€“ domain nameโ€? Basically, adding an account icon to the โ€œTitle (username@domain.name)โ€ option. I feel that would be the best of both worlds. ๐Ÿ™‚

@joemcken an issue should always be related to only one aspect (a bug, a feature, etc). Since it's easier to handle / close after that.

Opening multiple issues isn't bad, but check before opening them that they don't already exists. ๐Ÿ™‚

seems to work better in-browser than the native app. i think this is just because of it bundling a webapp. runs better in a browser than its own thing, i guess? i'm also on linux, so it could just be acting weird.

@chirpbirb the app may perform a bit better in some cases, but yes, it's still a browser behind the scene.

If it's less performant, maybe try another build? Which one did you try on linux?

@sengi_app I am struggling to verify the checksum for sengi-electron, looking at the Linux yaml file, there is a sha512 field with a value in base64. How does one go about checking the integrity of the appimage? Thanks.

Lately, I've got a lot of mentions for feature requests and such, that's great, I'm really happy to see that you like the app and want it to improve. ๐Ÿ™‚

But keep in mind that the best place to share those feature request / bug reports is on github: https://github.com/NicolasConstant/sengi/issues

That way you can share on already present issues, or open new ones that everyone will be able to see and consider. And it will also help to keep track of it. ๐Ÿ˜‰

@sengi_app Feature request, queuing While we do have scheduling, this is a bit of a pain when we're doing a large patch of posts and want to provide flood control. Being able to set Sengi to auto post every X amount of time, or X times an hour would make things much easier.

@sengi_app Hello! New to sengi and mastodon in general. Love the software so far, greatly helps for mult accs!! However I don't seem to be able to put direct (private) mentions in their own column per account.
Best I can do is open them through my profil pan on the left but I can't pin it with the other columns.
Is there a way to do it?

Alright folks. Looking for something here. Do we have a equivalent for ? I'm not talking about Advanced Web Interface; I'm looking for something closer in feature parity. Tweetdeck columns had a lot of filtering options where you add mute filters, like/RT thresholds, language filters, hiding/showing RTs, etc. But most of all, Tweetdeck supported multiple accounts at a time in a single view. I'm going to try building up the OCR account and need something deck-like.
