@claudius @heiseonline Dass es Decks gibt die nicht abgebrannt sind, sagt nichts darüber aus wie gefährlich oder nicht Elektroautos sind.

Unabhängig von der Brandyrsache, frage ich mich warum die mit vollen Akkus transportiert werden müssen. Wäre es nicht deutlich sicherer sie fast leer (mit genug Ladung für Manövrierfähigkeit) zu transportieren?

@ivory @hukl MS Teams (yes, I know, but still) lets the gif play for some time or number of loops and then stops and offers a play button to start it again. I think they nailed this one.

  1. Screenshot: Diese Woche 5 completions, zuletzt Freitag (heute). Das macht 3 Freitage in Folge. IMO korrekt.

  2. Screenshot: Diese Woche 5 completions, zuletzt Samstag (morgen?). Nur 2 completions an Freitagen. IMO falsch.

@marcel As long as the versioning is “just for yourself”, you’re pretty much fine with whatever you like.
If you ever create software that others technically depend on, semver.org has become the industry standard.

The power of the is not the number of servers or (active) users. It’s not the amount of traffic it generates. No. Our power is the number of interactions per user. Engagement. Without the influencer model. Centralised metrics fail to capture that. By design. Which is why every comparison of the fediverse with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram will always fail. We simply don’t fit in that set of metrics. This is our strength. Not our weakness.

@jwildeboer To be honest, I don’t even really care wether the fediverse is bigger than Twitter, Threads, Facebook, Reddit or whatever.
It gives me a pleasant experience, lets me use the apps and APIs I want and doesn’t sell my data. That’s a success in my book.
