I guess it’s been 20 years since that Ethernet cable was left dangling from the broadband router. It’s now sort of neatly pinned around door frames and skirting, and no longer a trip hazard.*

(* It was in an area of little traffic, but still.)

The old cable TV co-ax is now extracted, too. One day, I suspect I’ll need to get someone to redecorate and make good the minor damage, but for now I’m content there are no more dead cables annoying me.

The WiFi reaches the shed, but I do prefer a wired connection. The small bedroom/Best Beloved's shack is a shared office space, and was networked before we got wifi installed anywhere.

Started to write a post about what's been on my mind today and then realised that there wasn't all that much on my mind after all. Most pleasant. Not sure I could be happy in a constant state of emptyheadedness, even though so many people live like that, but once in a while it's fantastically liberating.

I have an outing tomorrow. There might be something on my mind after that.

Updates on the web site and domain migration thing from yesterday.

I am going through a process with Nominet, which is the UK body that deals with domain registration, to update my contact details for the domain name. I registered it with what is now a defunct email address.

We are currently bouncing emails about because Carol hasn’t spoken with Joel who already asked me the same question. They’re not being clear about what they want from me.

I’m normally the dense one. 🤔
