We filed an Unfair Labor Practice against the UC to vindicate faculty rights to protest, organize, and exercise academic freedom. Come to the rally at Murphy Hall today, 3pm, to hear us talk about it.

Reports incoming that PERB denied UC's request for an injunction. UAW 4811 strike will go ahead at UCLA and UC Davis on Tuesday.

As faculty, you have the legal right not to pick up struck work.
