I have a Pro and it is great for travel. It handles basically everything I’ve thrown at it up to N64/PS1 era as well as some PS2 games with no issue. I don’t play any native android games so I can’t speak to that and I don’t do any tv/movie streaming but for an emulation device I am happy with it

I have over a decade on Reddit across several accounts and if I can't use Sync on Android or Apollo on iOS then I just wont even browse on mobile. They already killed i.reddit and compact, their browser experience is intentionally shit to try and get you to install their app.

If the day ever comes that old.reddit is shut down I will overwrite all of my comments and delete my account

I strongly suspect I am one of those “woke communists” you worry about. But you probably couldn’t actually explain what either of those words actually mean, could you? I’m a card-carrying atheist, I think a woman’s right to choose is very important, I think that “well regulated militia” means that guns should be carefully licensed and not just randomly given to any moron with a pulse, and I couldn’t care less if you decided to dress up in the “wrong” clothes or decided you’d rather live your life without feeling tied to whatever plumbing you were born with. And dammit, if that all makes me “woke”, then I think anybody who uses that word as a pejorative is a f*cking disgrace to the human race. So please just unfollow me right now.

I do think it is funny that there is significant overlap between the ACAB crowd and those that would want to disarm (or at least heavily restrict) the average Joe so only police have access to modern firearms

I don't like how it feels like a copy of new Reddit. I would prefer a layout similar to old.reddit. This seems geared towards mobile with everything justified in the center so a tone of blank space on either side on desktop

Once old Reddit goes I am gone for good. On the plus side I will get a lot more free time back

This is a bummer, their x265 rips were fantastic for saving space. This ended up having a domino effect on my whole setup as my current seedbox doesn’t support prowlarr so I am going to have to change providers

Even if it were possible (which I doubt), I am not trusting storing anything on a cloud server illegitimately when the provider could pull the plug at any minute. Hard drives are cheap these days
