I love nature. I love the insects crawling and flying around in our garden. I like the lizzards hiding in the stone wall, I love the birdies flying around. I love the daisies and the dandelions blooming in our grass.

But I hate birch trees.

Some getting in shape journey update:
Today is the second day in a row below 82kg so it seems I am slowly heading towards 80 which would be really nice.
Also: I didn't notice until today that I got my neck back 😂
I am still very strict on no snacks in front of the telly and no random sweets throughout the day. But I'll allow myself a piece of cake after lunch (if there is any) or ice cream when it's hot.
I also only eat during lunch- or dinnertimes, nothing in between.
