Feel intensely unmotivated to work on kbin userstyle ๐๏ธ๐๏ธ๐๏ธ Got started with it , worked pretty much nonstop since joining , yet nowhere close to done
Only so much i can do with userstyles , thought maybe forking instead so i can rearrange HTML , but instructions for setting up local env assume linux machine
Squabbl(es|r) : Personally found UI ugly , had bit obnoxious branding IMHO , apparently there was weird drama on there . As of writing this it got renamed Squabblr . Removing "e" from "(.*)er" ? sooooo 2007 โผ๏ธ
Raddle : Not anarchist, so just not for me (am leftist but don't identify with it specificly)
Tildes : Extremely basic UI, otherwise know nothing and don't care to
Wen will NOIYS be back up again ? Will it ever be so ? Hav horrible thoughts about bigot who was in my life i want unleashed into the world . Hope they get what comes to them , and never recover
@insomniac_lemon Strange how its inconsistent like that . Can't block even certain "compatible" instance domains (want to block unilem.org bcus its explicit no defed policy , but typing in kbin.social/d/unilem.org does nothing)
How are Lemmy instances able to even see microblog posts ? Afaik Lemmy doesn't have microblogging feature , interaction between Lemmy and more microblog oriented parts of the fediverse should be more limited right ? Unless it was something they recently added , or a 3rd party app that adds it ig ?
Rentry link lists every mag ran by owner of problematic mags for user safety ig , but i'd like to get 2nd opinion on that approach , riddled with doubts far too often
