Questions about Kbin from a new user (reddit escapee)
Is this the right place to post these kinds of questions? I can see the "select a magazine" button below, but I'm not sure which one would be appropriate in this case.
How can I look for new content? be it from the Fediverse/Lemmy or otherwise, how do I find "subreddits"? (for example anime discussion) -> Ironically, the "select a magazine" button is pretty good for this, but it isn't something I'd call intuitive.
Is it possible to change the UI? Be it from an options menu or an extension like RES. I really just want the comment\top reply to be at the top and not the bottom of the thread.
@sheepyowl From what I've see you are posting in the right place. As for content magazines are similar to subreddits however you can access magazines from other intances to get even more content. I posted a how to from another user on how to do this. Also by default notifications are turned off. They can be turned on and customized from your profile settings.
Does anyone know if there is a mobile app in the works? So far I’m liking the kbin experience. I just hope a mobile app comes in to make things a little smoother.
@Lyfa I'm the same. As things are now I'm not minding it. I would like to see the 3rd party app devs to make something for kbin, especially the accessibility apps. It's going to be fun watching kbin grow.
