This VN is a horror masterpiece. While the anime adaptation manages to capture some of its charm, it doesn't come close to how tense and terrifying the VN truly is. Compared to the anime, the VN made me feel so much more attached to the characters through stellar comedy scenes at the beginning of each arc.
