We are upsetting the natural balance. I'm vegan mainly because the processes we use to create the meat are killing the planet.

Secondary to that is the fact that eating meat comes with negative effects on the body, both immediate and long term. I like the idea we could use our innovation and ingenuity to make food that is still healthy for us while minimizing or removing the negative effects.

Right now, there is evidence that vegan diets are healthier than meat eating ones in general, and are better for the planet and all those living on it were everyone able to follow a vegan diet.

While thats all interesting to read, you are adding in so many additional variables, we aren't talking about whether the game is too big or not anymore, we are talking about how you are slowly being buried in debt and at the same rate running out of things that make you happy.

As a heavy smoker, the description or schedule 3 as you wrote it seems to fit.

Marijuana does cause minor physical withdrawal, as evident by the plethora of physical effects that occur when a heavy smoker stops. I would say the mental side of it is more prominent though and is what many struggle with when trying to quit smoking

Its not convenient unless you need to use it extremely frequently and can keep track of it because of that.

I barely use my adapter so when I do need it, its another 15 minutes to find it or realize it got thrown out or something. Its just not convenient. Convenience would be leaving both ports, or for headphone companies to split the end of the cable into usbc, lightning, and audio jack

I have not found any news article on this on a whim. Because my friends and family, I need to use Facebook Messenger, and Messenger Lite was a OK client - lightweight, no unnecessary features, etc., compared to the regular Messenger app....

All you are saying is its too convenient for you to stop using it. What makes it less convenient is learning about alternative ways to meet the same ends.

You'll find like a lot of others that giving up control to Facebook doesn't necessarily equate to the most convenient tool

Its really not that hard to use SMS or signal anyhow. I'm not entirely against WhatsApp either although I dont think I would ever leave it installed on my device long term

The point isnt that its too late, its that the hype is overblown. Go to the website this article mentions and follow the instructions (explore, turn on nsfw, type name and nude) and you will VERY QUICKLY realize the technology is just shit.

You can see some resemblances and sometimes one close one, but like another poster said they just look like the same shitty fan fiction we've had since Photoshop came about.

Also, this could end porn blackmail when none can tell if its real or not. People will start judging the person who us supplying the material rather than the person in it.

Its the exact same as drawing a naked lady and then drawing Billie eilish's face on it.

If that really gets you off and really violates her autonomy in some way I'd be interested to hear how. Its not currently illegal to draw real people in fictional scenarios is it?

Statistics dont apply to individuals in that way. You are not an average, you will have a 100% chance of whatever outcome actually happens and it will be because of specific things in your life.

You would only be worried if you personally fit the average type of person that this study looked at but thats verybunlikely, and if it was true for you it would necessarily be untrue for many others.

They are awaiting sentencing according to the article. Pleaded guilty to a bunch of felonies each of them.

Can't say yet that the punishment will be appropriate though cause we don't know it yet.

This might not apply to you but its worth a shot.

IMO we as humans were never supposed to get immense motivation BEFORE an action. Its supposed to come after you see the results of your work.

That said, you keep coming up with excuses you cant create:

  1. Too tired
  2. Ideas aren't good enough
  3. Not in the right mindset
  4. What I make won't look good anyways

You need to alter your perspective because that is what is holding you back. You could draw despite all of those reasons above, but you CHOOSE not to.

I don't want to make it like a pull yourself up by your boot straps thing, I only say its a choice you are making so hopefully you will realize that you could just choose to draw.

Even if what you create is devoid of creativity, is unoriginal, does not represent you, and just plain looks bad, its still better to have created something and throw it away than to have created nothing.

Also any strong emotion can result in beautiful art, whether its a positive emotion or negative. Most people just want to see emotional honesty in art. Nothing wrong with how you feel, other than you preferring feeling a different way at the time.
