That sounds fantastic—bookmarking this. Is it your own adaptation of the D&Co cocktail, or is it what’s in the book itself (…need to get the book!).

Mr Bali Hali is now on my list to try—sounds delicious. Jungle bird is the cocktail that first drew me down the cocktail-making rabbit hole. So good.

Milwaukee Adopts Climate & Equity Plan (city.milwaukee.gov)

Good news on the sustainability front for Milwaukee. The Common Council and mayor have approved a Climate and Equity plan that aims to reduce emissions by 45% by 2030 and achieve net zero by 2050. The plan also sets out a path to improve racial and economic equity by creating green jobs that pay at least $40,000 and are focused...

I'm accessing this via Kbin.social (ie via Kbin, not quite Lemmy) on the ios Arc browser (no app yet for kbin, afaik), and am still connected to (but not actively using) Reddit via Apollo ios app, while it lasts.

I've been looking everywhere in for New Mexican chiles. Used to be able to find them, but no longer. Ordered some by mail from NM. Cooking up a pot of red posole for dinner tonight.

@joe Smelling the scent of roasting chilis in the air...so good.

Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. sold to FairWave coffee collective (www.bizjournals.com)

“FairWave offered a unique opportunity to share ownership with Anodyne’s key, long-term employees,” McClutchy said. “Anodyne staff will remain and continue to build what they have all helped to grow. With FairWave’s collective support, Anodyne is poised for further growth and great success.”

I'm not a subscriber, alas. It sounds like just the roasting part of their operation is being sold--is that correct?

Thank you, leftylibra, for the excellent info you've posted in r/menopause--which I've gotten so much from--and for taking the effort to restart things here. So glad for the community and that it will continue on in this more equitable platform!
