I just love the two new ones from the ScSv set - the Slowpoke bottom middle and the Slowbro middle right (Shinji Kanda's arts are so cool!). This isn't the whole of my Psyduck and Slowpoke collection, but it's my main page....
Very cool, I love the SM Tag Team cards! I wish their alt arts didn't get so expensive recently, I was trying to build a collection but now a lot of them are out of my price range.
If you're using a phone with some kind of live photo/motion photo feature like an iPhone or Samsung, kbin doesn't like the video portion of the file. If you remove the video clip from the picture or turn off motion photo before taking it, you should be able to upload.
I was looking at reddit today, and the front-page felt like nothing happened. I scrolled and scrolled and scrolled and clicked into comments. Everything is popping off buzzing with activity. All the subreddits I was subscribed to that went dark are now back up and business as usual....
Just one important distinction: not a quarter of all subreddits, but a quarter of the subreddits that said they would go private for at least 2 days are still private.
Ah, Reddark is only tracking subreddits that said they were participating, the ones that listed themselves in the Modcoord threads. There are far more subreddits that exist than the 8,829 they're tracking.
That would be against the terms of service for using the API and a surefire way to get your app removed from whatever storefront you have it listed on as soon as Reddit complains.
My title might be a bit hyperbolic, but stuff like this worries me. I love to read and I love reading on a kindle. This has been going on for a while, but it has now reached absurd levels.
It's the number of users logging in and hitting those servers that's the main issue. 44,000 users is a lot for one instance to be pushing content to. I wouldn't say it's just aggregating Lemmy content either though, there are plenty of popular communities on kbin as well, including this one.
I see people say that NordVPN is a bad choice all the time, but I've never seen any credible evidence that they're not trustworthy. Can anyone provide any sources with valid reasons to avoid their service? I only know that they had some servers hacked in 2018, but it seems as though they took that very seriously and upgraded...
I'm using it right now, I didn't know there was hate towards them. I needed a VPN, and when I was reading recent reviews, Nord seemed like the way to go for my needs. I hope I haven't made a mistake, but after a few months now it seems fine? Fast enough for sure.
OC Here is a page from my binder with two of my favorite Pokemon - Slowpoke and Psyduck. (i.imgur.com)

What's with all the NordVPN hate?
