Off course, that's just the way it is. The cat living with us always needs the snuggles.

How old is your cat if I may ask?

You are a kind person taking her in and taking care, she made a good choice staying. She looks somewhat older to me (10+) looking at her face. Ours is 17 now, kind to everyone and still in reasonable health, limbs are getting a bit stiff though.

Off course that dog is uncomfortable, it is miserable and should not exist. Skull too small for it's brain, just look at its eyes popping out of its skull. Still humans think it so cute. Some dog breeds should not exist. I feel sorry for it.

The Brood (1979 1080p) (www.youtube.com)

The Brood is a 1979 Canadian psychological body horror film written and directed by David Cronenberg and starring Oliver Reed, Samantha Eggar, and Art Hindle. Its plot follows a man and his mentally ill ex-wife, who has been sequestered by a psychiatrist known for his controversial therapy techniques....

Nope but thank you, I remember this movie being in the theater where I lived when I was 9, and had nightmares just from the screenshots in the window. Updoot anyway :)

Yeah this is pretty fucked up, looks like bigotry to me

I had Zappa on cassette on my walkman cycling to school in '85 on repeat...Sheik Yerbouti, other side Tinseltown Rebellion. Yo mama, Flakes and Wild Love, Easy Meat, Blue Light, Pick me i'm clean. To me it did have a big impact on composing music myself.

I have seen him live in Rotterdam , Broadway the hard way.

I made falafel and lentil flat bread (lemmy.ca)

I made baked falafel with red lentil flat bread for the wrap. I baked them just because it’s easier then frying all these for a family but, still they are delicious. The lentil wraps are great with it as well. Honestly, 7-10 years ago if you told me that some of my favorite meals to make would be plant based… I’d chuckle...

Looks delicious and I like to eat falafel right now. I am not familiar with lentils wraps, care to share your recipe?

I do make falafel myself, but sometimes I have trouble with them falling apart when frying as I use fresh chick peas, so I add chick pea flower when that happens. With baking them that is not a problem, but I think frying them gives a better crunch and taste.

Thanks for posting, Dustwin.

What are you paying for SMS? I pay 6 euro a month for unlimited sms and calls and 2 GB data. 50+ mobiel is my provider. Now they offer my plan with the first year for 2,5 euro. Dirt cheap.

I pay 0,07€ international, vice versa is free roaming.

About to try the Outer Worlds

I’ve been very busy with work the last few months so I haven’t really played any games, but things are finally starting to get back to normal a bit and I wanted to try this RPG. I played it a bit when it came out but decided to really dive into it this time. Just wondering if there’s anyone here who’s played it and has...

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I wouldn't rush it and go through every region on the planets with care so you pick up all missions, meet all the NPC's as the game has several outcomes from the choices you make.

I must confess I rushed the first playthrough and was not happy with the outcome. Second playthrough with DLC and paying attention was satisfying. I am looking out for Outer Worlds 2 which is in the making.

One Login: Towards a Single Fediverse Identity on ActivityPub (thenewstack.io)

In response to Bray’s toot, Evan Prodromou — one of the creators of ActivityPub, who is currently writing an O’Reilly book about the protocol — noted that this “is also the argument for using the ActivityPub API.” He described the API as “an open, extensible API that can handle any kind of activity type — not...

Excuse me for reacting this late.

Taking out enemies with cameras, gadgets and traps in an open world is pretty nice. Gameplay a bit different in every game.

The story in the first one, wasn't that interesting to me and a lot of reviewers talked about how wooden Aiden Pierces personality was. Also suicidal killer cop cars that will run over everyone and everything to get to you, hehe.

Second game is different in story and setting (San Francisco), mechanics and controls slightly different. I liked it, but again not for the story, same with the third, where everyone talks in street slang bruv...but the open world, stealth, drones, puzzles and hacking made me sink 60 hours into that game. Haven't played the DLC for Legion, one can play Aiden Pierce, but I am not sure it is worth the price, even at discount.
