I was running to get my train. For a reason i still can't explain, in the station entrance hatch, i turned right instead of continue right and hit the glass with my face. I have now a scar near the eyebrow.
When I was a kid a took my grandma's metallic knitting needles, one in each hand, and slowly put them into the socket. I don't know what I was thinking, I was old enough to know you can kill or severly injure yourself this way. But, fortunately, I immediately jumped away after the shock. I guess it doesn't really get much dumber than that.
I once saw a diagram of different parts of the brain in an encyclopedia, and the parts were color-coded. Well, I actually thought that the brain is a very colorful organ because of that.
