Picross 2 (1996; Game Boy) with the English translation patch is the tits.

Love this song. I don't listen to a lot of synthwave/retrowave, but this kind of stuff I like.

Nintendo 64. And yet, I realized not much later on that I liked the older games more, and I still do. My Game Boy and SNES got more use than the N64 ever did. Star Wars Racer was awesome though, and playing Goldeneye with my friends.

This isn't possible on Lemmy atm, but it is possible on kbin.

for example, let's say you want to block lemmygrad.ml: go to kbin.social/d/lemmygrad.ml (d for "domain") and from there click the 🚫, the same way you would for blocking a community.

I got sandals, so that's pretty neat I guess.

In all seriousness life has been pretty harsh these last few months with a pretty major health thing concerning my wife (she'll live; she's in good spirits but our lives have very suddenly changed a lot rather permanently). We also had to say goodbye to our oldest cat and very good boy shortly before all this.

So I'm just focusing on trying to be positive and maintain a good outlook and take care of myself better, for my own health and to be able to help her better. I have earrings that look like orange slices and I got my wife a pair that look like avocados.

Thank you, I'm gonna get a lot of use out of this one tomorrow :P

Nice and welcome to the club :D

I've ebeen using Linu distros for a long time, but when I landed on Mint my distro-hopping days ended.

Also I set up my guake terminal to look like Fallout 4 and I just think that is awesome as fuck 🍻

Nice

I thought we were still talking about some sort of walking clock.

That is useful and thank you, but I'm still curious about a way within kbin.social - feels like there should be. @ernest

Yes that works fine for me but what I mean is I would search "photography" and only relevant magazines from kbin would be listed, not anything from Lemmy instances.

But others have answered my question in the comments here so thank you all.

Us retrogamers are gamers too, and there's a ton of great emulators on Linux.

Wished I had one as a kid, as an adult with emulators it honestly just isn't a big part of my gaming. Columns is great though.

Aside from the fact it's basically an ad, and I don't like McDonald's (the food or the corp)....it's actually pretty decent.

A PowerPC version of Ubuntu (I forget now the exact version or year but it was sometime around 2005ish) that I ran from a live CD on my G4 Mac Mini.

First I actually installed and used seriously was Ubuntu 12.04 on an old PC.
