Twitter is now X as the little blue bird disappears (www.theverge.com)

Twitter is transforming into X, as the site’s former bird logo has now been replaced by an official new X logo. Elon Musk, who owns the transformed social media site, began signaling the change early Sunday morning with a series of tweets, starting with one that said, “and soon we shall bid adieu to the twitter brand and,...

I'm not sure this will make things more intresting...

It seems that it doesn't override the setting "Allow messages only from people you follow" if you had it configured like this, which IRC was the previous default. So I don't really see the issue with this tbh.

For All Mankind is probably in my top 3 series of the last decade.

The part to the left was super juicy and good, the middle was just right and the part to the right was a little bit dry but I still enjoyed it a lot.

Had a great deal on them too.

If I remember correct:

  • put them on at 12pm, temperature at 135c (275f).
  • wrapped at 4pm in butcher paper.
  • put into a cooler to rest at about 5pm.
  • rested for 1h15.

I used smokingdadbbq his video as a guideline.

His start of the season was horrible, but I feel like his bad form was much less noticable the last couple of days.

That being said, they need someone at Alpha Tauri to keep Perez sharp, and it was clear that De Vries was not going to be that guy.

It would be pretty funny if all the other big teams had breaches as well... Hypocrits.

I like Perez but come on... What an awefull weekend (again).

Yes, I do this too and really like it.

I have been tempted to get yubikeys but it seems like a hassle to have two and keep them in "sync".

Didn't Elon wante to end remote work? Seems like he needs to make up is mind...

For All Mankind.

I think it's really good. It's kinda slow, but if you are into NASA etc. I think you will really enjoy it.

Stroll, ..., ... ? Feels like he should add himself to the list...

But I don't think Max his incidents in the last couple of seasons have been due to a lack of spatial awareness. I think he has tons of it. He's just more agressive, and even the agressiveness has gone down a lot since he won his first title.

Procastination for sure. It gives me so much stress, yet it's so hard not to do.

At some point F1 just has to take a hard stance and state the teams don't have the final say in this matter. Sure they might threaten to split off into their own league again, we have seen that before. This kind of power by the teams is not healthy.

Why do you say it has a negative reputation? I'm in the PHP community and a lot of great things have happened in the last decade, there's tons of positive momentum and the language has matured a lot.

A really good RTS like Battle for Middle Earth seems like such an obvious thing to make... Yet it has been 17 years...

Welcome to /m/SimRacing!

I'm working on creating some rules, defining some weekly on-going topics, and establishing what this community should be for. I'm sure a lot of you are coming from /r/SimRacing, and while I've always been a fan of the SubReddit, I'd like to encourage more discussion on racing itself, as well as organize community events and...

Happy to see a fellow simracer here! Hopefully this magazine gets some traction (pun intended), I would love for my new simracing home to be on the fediverse.

This sounds like something their $55 billion cash could resolve.

My personal success rate (Laravel development) is pretty high. Only the things that are also hard to find on Google go wrong. It might depend on the field you are in though, I can imagine a language model is better suited to help with a programming language than with a network problem.
