@RL_Dane yeah, I had a SciFi Movie in mind, where the prisoners were put in tubes where they experienced a large amount of time. It was kind of an Action Movie, where they freed an detective from the past, because crimes were an unnatural thing. But now occured. So they needed a policeman from the past. Can't remember the movie name : /
Sounds a little like AI (2001), but absolutely definitely Demolition Man (1993) with Sylvester Stallone, Sandra Bullock, Rob Schneider, and Wesley Snipes.
That movie was LEGENDARY. I still remember seeing it in the theatres when it came out. XD
