Does anybody know of a FOSS Android application for keeping track of the location of Bluetooth devices?

@jawsh I thought I could answer this for you, but unfortunately I'm not aware of one nor can I find one.

Not sure if this has what you want, but its worth a try:

@RL_Dane am able to detect and view the device in mind via map in the app. I'm not sure how useful it will be when locating when lost tho. Doesn't seem to be an option to ring devices or notify if a disconnect occurs. I've got one of those BLE/GPS tracker card for my wallet. So far the only way I'm able to use it on my Pixel 8 running Graphene is via sandboxed Google Services being installed. Bummer to resort to that for one thing only when I have no other use for them.

@jawsh

Yeah, its more of a passive detector.

Another option would be to try a google play app with networking permissions revoked.

That's what I do for the scant few google apps I use, like google/pixel camera and snapseed
