3 hour ICON on Sunday showing the storm pushing in from the South. I don't think ICON has the resolution or accounts for terrain as well, the rain totals for the coast for Malibu would typically be MUCH higher than Thousand Oaks due to terrain (the Santa Monica range squeezes out a great deal of rain before it reaches the Conejo Valley).
