@itsfoss I switched to Mint years ago for a user-centred distribution. Mint developers have made consistently better decisions, at least as far as individual users are concerned. Including making contingency plans to use Debian as a foundation.
@itsfoss "Ubuntu rose to popularity because it made Linux simpler for the end user. 'Linux for human beings' was its motto. I don't see this motto mentioned anywhere now. I wonder if that too is deliberate."
