@decodedlegal also, is proving just an email service a PECR? If not then it makes a lot of sense for email to move to a separate company. Or separate country!
@decodedlegal hang on, every incoming email or call “uses the service”. Do they seriously want every spam email sent to the ICO? That will be millions.
