@skrishna@PeterClines agreed! Have just watched 8 people around me go through a cluster. There’s been one bad Paxlovid rebound and they had been feeling so good on it they were back to their normal exercise routines-and then got slammed. The 70+ year old folks who got it got doctor’s advice to limit activity to 1 mile of walking per day and then ramp up. They’re doing fine. Let your body focus on healing and I hope you feel betterer and betterer each day!
