Microsoft Defender is flagging Tailscale 1.46.1 as malware. It's not. We are working to resolve this false positive.
In the meantime, if you're affected, you can upgrade Tailscale or create an exception in Defender: https://tailscale.com/security-bulletins/#ts-2023-007
