Most of your life you have signed contracts saying 'I promise not to sue you, and instead, I will arbitrate if there’s a problem.' What’s left is the stuff that you don’t sign a contract for, the stuff that you buy in the store. So the $5 purchases or the fast-food lunch, there you can still sue."
