If you invest in a tin opener, a toaster, a lawnmower, a teapot or any implement with a specific purpose that repeatedly fails and doesn’t do what it’s supposed to, then you junk it and get a better one.
For a hundred years the Labour Party has been trying to reform the House of Lords,
But apparently, it’s still not a top priority for them.
