@RichardJMurphy people ARE realistically saying there's an alternative to government. And there is: broadly, anarcho-communism. Although getting it to work at scale in the very limited time we have left before the #ClimateEmergency really starts to bite would be a very big ask.

@KimSJ@RichardJMurphy well, that's a fair point. The first step in such a plan would have be to achieve substantially more than half the population in favour of it, and at present we're almost certainly below 5%.
So if it is ever to be done at all, there's a LOT of work to be done both in path-finding and in evangelism.
