Republicans are mad that Democrats didn’t tell them that Rep. Al Green would get out of his hospital bed to vote against their sham impeachment. They’re so used to winning elections by suppressing the Black vote that they think it’s a trick when a Black person actually does vote.

Green suffered "excrutiating pain" on Friday & was ordered into emergency surgery. Hospital continues to monitor him in-patient
He says the forms he signed to leave hospital last night were an "acknowledgement that I understood that there could be some consequences"
Nurses in the Capitol Office of Attending Physician monitored Rep Green while he was at Capitol last night. He says he didn’t “sneak in”…. He says he rolled up a wheelchair ramp in plain sight of all before the vote
Green’s dedication to what is right is on a level with that of maga’s to all that is wrong. He’s a hero. But the zeros will be back. They always come back.

Republicans thought they could take advantage of a medical emergency to sneak through an impeachment. That tells you how sleazy they are. Democrats had an opportunity to do the same - and many people wanted them to because they know the GOP does it - and they didn't.
