@jujube We need to follow the example of crows and remove the "human prevention spikes" rich people used to keep anyone else from sitting on the ledge of a condo's front garden, sleeping on a park bench, etc.
@jujube This is why I have so much respect for birds.
(btw if you're having bad winter weather, deep snow, etc., do consider putting food out for them.)
