If the asset has a mortgage, assume that the sheriff repays the mortgage, pays any capital gains, and then puts the rest in the kitty for the fine, and moves on to the next asset. Bleak.
@mastodonmigration ALL of Trump's assets are mortgaged to the hilt. Some no doubt have MULTIPLE overlapping mortgages hidden from parallel lenders. The Trump accounts are a nightmare of fraud. I am expecting Trump will go full Giuliani. He will be bankrupted and that could be in weeks
@mastodonmigration I most def expect so. AND what bank can NOT cancel their loans on CONVICTED SERIAL FRAUD who is forbidden to even ASK for a loan now, in New York, the financial capital of the world? I do expect Trumpo is seeing a lot of financial disasters hitting him simultaneously... this year will be very good for us
