What's everyone's experiences with phones? Does get a lot of use as an stepping stone, or just ripping the plaster work out?

I'm completely Google services free, but sometimes there is the odd app that refuses to open.

@jbjrkng GrapheneOS has an optional Sandboxed Google Play which doesn't have the same deep hooks as regular Android and also doesn't require microG. Works great! https://grapheneos.org/features#sandboxed-google-play
