Looking into this, so far, I've found that searches will direct you to the "Secretary for LevellingUp, Housing and Communities" but you then have to search "counter extremism" which will take you to "The Prevent Strategy" which features a document published in 2011 (available in pdf format) which has a foreword by the then "Home Secretary and Minister for Women and Equalities" Theresa May MP.

So, this "new thing" is just Prevent 2.0 ?
