Hopefully your contractors will get right to the bottom of it and it'll be an easy fix. We've been in our home for twenty years and just did a top to bottom inspection. We need a complete tear off and reroof. As well as some work under the house. Ugh but we've been saving for it so, not unexpected.

We JUST painted, so now we have to redo, and maybe even fix the drywall, plus, of course, the roof.
