It has been a really long time since I used an original Game Boy now that you mention it.
The screen on that one was always a bit hard to see, no matter under which condition.
But the Pocket, Color and Light were both brilliant in direct sunlight. The original GBA as well actually. As is the Neo Geo Pocket and WonderSwan.

I got it at lunch here with Crush Roller as I loved the original back in the 90s when I had an arcade cab at home.
@OutofPrintArchive I’ve been meaning to get a wonderswan for a while now specifically the final fantasy consoles for my collection the system always fascinated me with the weird games that appeared on it

I only have a few games for it sadly and I missed out on Judgement Silversword when it just came out.
I could have gotten it for around 100€ instead of the thousands that it’s worth now. Not to mention how I fell in love with it when I got it in the Eschatos package. 😭
One of my favourite golf games is actually on the WonderSwan.

@OutofPrintArchive I’m not to knowledgeable when it comes to games like judgement silversword but there’s weird rhythm games on it like beatmania from Konami, it has awful controls just like the gameboy one the final fantasy console packaging looks super beautiful tho and my only game is a cib inuyasha
