@MsHearthWitch i do this! but i never thought about the roomba part. i think it would be more meaningful to me personally if i got rid of my little floor sweeper thing, yknow the thing with the little dustpan and the hand brush that hook together as a set? and then get a new one of those. because of the connection with me, by me doing the sweeping with my hand. whereas the roomba does it by itelf. if that makes sense.
@dyani Totally makes sense! I do like the idea of replacing the active parts of the roomba as well. But I agree about focusing on the part that is most connected to me.
@MsHearthWitch I'd never heard of this. But there must be something to it... I just discarded the old, beat-up broom, and switched it out for a new and improved version with a deeper dustpan, prior to an upcoming move...
