My mood has rallied now, but I haven’t been so up and down in one day for many weeks. It’s quite exhausting and scary but right this moment I feel peaceful. No need to cook tonight - we’re still quite full from lunch so we’re just going to have some cheese and crackers and fruit
@helenclayton@RolloTreadway We have a Spanish deli that sells bread, but bizarrely all the bread that comes in part-prepared and is baked in the Spar store here is from a Spanish company and all the many different loaves have Spanish names
