greatquux, 16 days ago @ncommander is that why it was so slow doing cvs2git as opposed to running that on macOS or was it slow filesystem as you suspected originally?

ncommander, 15 days ago @greatquux Likely a combination of both, but I'd have to setup a profiling build of openbsd to find out.
