So Yellow Cab App for #Seattle was around $50 to Lyft’s $75.

👎🏻No way to rate driver or give feedback other than calling an actual phone number.

👎🏻No exact quote, so you’re on a meter.

👍🏻Fleet is not Teslas with doors that won’t open if there’s a crash.

👍🏻Clean car, fine driver, if sliiightly chattier than I wanted.

👍🏻Prebook time had them showing up on the dot. Didn’t try an instant hail.

👍🏻Much cheaper!

I’d try them again.

@jonobie one thing the ride shares did do was improve taxi on-time performance and now it looks like cost, so good for everybody!

@jonobie I noticed this too, but company insists we use Uber/Lyft. I also saw some yellow cabs doing fixed price TO the airport from downtown. $40. Not sure why that's a one-way fixed price.

@jonobie I always try to take cabs from the airport since they’re flat rate to my place and always have been cheaper than Lyft. Made that mistake in Denver, and it turned out to be multiple times more expensive for a cab than a Lyft. 😬
