@chikorita157 Think MN had it, but a certain controversial Governor got rid of it. Sweden has it.

It’s not great to see the dangerous rust buckets on the roads here, and I don’t even want to think about their breaks. I drive as if everyone is about to do something stupid, and it’s a good policy.

@chikorita157 Volvos were common back in the day for sure. But Gheely being an owner hasn’t been a good thing.

Here in MN I don’t see them too often. Just now and then. Lots of trucks though:/
