All the ventral markings, name and registry decals have been applied to NCC-1794. Now for the dorsal decals.

All ventral Aztec decals have now been applied. Will leave them overnight before moving on to the dorsal decals. Really need to start thinking about a name and registry for it.

Turned out okay, not great but not bad either. Maybe Revell could consider make this a clear part, it would solve the problem. Anyway, next up is a gloss coat to prepare for decals.

Applied PVA Glue to these areas behind the bridge. Once they’ve set, I’ll paint them transparent blue/green.

Forgot to post this last night. It’s finally cool enough to get some progress on the Eagle build. Detail painting and cleanup is done. Gloss coat next.

I noticed that the Aztec dummy paint masks I’m using on this build don’t include masks for the neck and inboard pylons, so I’ll have to use decals for those areas instead. For now, I’ve masked off the blue areas and it’s now time to apply the first Aztec colour.
