Had a meeting with #Datadog last week about their #SIEM option and they were showing how we can gather information from #InfoSec Twitter with IoC and such information discovered. I interjected and said basically, "With InfoSec Twitter pretty much dead can we use Mastodon if we just setup our own API connections?" They said that's of no issue. So yes #Mastodon will be a source of information we can analyze, and no it will not be running off this server #Cybersecurity#OpenSource
Just set up a log watcher via Datadog for my Mastodon server cluster, because it's the most pretty and easiest for me in this situation. Works amazing and now I will receive a notification from even a tiniest anomaly!
Do not confuse command pallete with search everywhere (typically Cmd+K) in #DataDog, #Slack, #Spotify, #Monday. It searches through your documents/files, but not through commands and options.
@matthewconroy i try to use chrome as little as possible. i'm forced to use it because #datadog's extension doesn't support firefox yet, which is very frustrating. 🙄
Oh what sweet fresh hell have I talked myself into with getting @grafana at work and my coworker stumbling across the #AWS#Grafana… I mean yay we’re getting it at work but… now I gotta figure out how to grab all the data from the dashboards and display it.
I am not a front end kind of guy but I guess this is my fault for home labbing so much. Well at least we already have #DataDog and #opensearch for a lot of stuff already
